For completed purchases, tickets and receipts will be emailed to participants.
Any ticket cancellations are not permitted. The organizer will not refund ticket payments if participants are unable to attend for any reason.
For participants unable to attend, purchased tickets can be given to another individual as a replacement. Participants are 100% responsible for the tickets purchased. Avoid sharing tickets with individuals other than replacements if necessary.
Participants are required to bring and present the emailed tickets when registering on the day.
The organizer will not be responsible if any ticket copies are made by different individuals.
If there is a postponement of the event date, tickets purchased for the original date can be used for participation on the new date.
If the event is canceled, the organizer will refund the full ticket payment..
The organizer reserves the right, for unavoidable reasons, to postpone or cancel the event.
The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the event arrangements (schedule, parallel sessions, speakers, or others) without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
